Terms of Service
Draft — not the final agreement. The published Terms and Privacy Policy land with the marketing site (M7-T7). What is below describes how the service behaves today; it has not been through legal review, and it is here so the consent checkbox links to something real rather than to a missing page.
What is true of the service as it stands: you upload images you have the rights to use, we turn it into embroidery files, and each design costs credits from your balance. New accounts receive a welcome credit grant. A job that fails terminally is refunded; a job that can be retried keeps its credits so the retry does not cost twice.
We check the files we produce by reading them back with an independent parser before we hand them over. Results can still vary by machine, fabric and stabiliser, so test a design on your intended setup before using it for production.
You keep the rights to your image and to the files made from it. Deleting a design removes the source image and everything derived from it; an audit record that the deletion happened is retained.
