- Do you take any rights over my image?
No. It stays yours, and so does everything we make from it. We ask you to confirm you have the right to embroider what you upload because we cannot check that for you — not because we want a claim on it.
Delete a design and the image and every file made from it are erased. A record that the design existed and was deleted stays in our audit log; it holds no image and no files.
- Which machine formats can you write?
.pes, .dst, .exp, .jef, .sew, .vp3, .xxx — 7 formats.
That is a separate question from whether we have watched a machine read one. 1 of them has, in part, and the others have not.
- What happens to my credits if something goes wrong?
A design costs 5 credits. If it fails in a way we can retry, the credits stay put — the retry must not charge you twice. If it fails in a way we cannot retry, or you cancel it, the credits go back.
